Which rules apply at this address today, and what is about to change.
Type a street from the sample set, or pick a city to browse. Every line on the notice quotes the law it comes from, with the date the text was retrieved. When a rule depends on a fact the records do not hold, the notice says unknown and asks you.

Posted changes
Each test runs the same engine at two dates over every sample address. The affected set is every address the rule reaches; a struck law reaches nobody by construction. Conflicts come from precedence language in the statutes themselves.
Posting record
What was read, when it was retrieved, what the model answered, what the verifier said, and every pipeline run. The model only reads; plain code decides every stamp on the notice.
Add a law
Drop a statute, ordinance or bill as plain text. It goes through the unmodified pipeline: chunking, extraction, verbatim quote slicing, verification, re-evaluation of every address, and a change test with its effective date. No hand edits anywhere.
